Family owned in Colorado since 1987. Faith first, people always.

Direct Landscape Supply started with a pickup truck and a simple conviction: for the glory of God and the good of people. Nearly four decades later, we're still building on that same foundation; quality materials, honest guidance, and a team that genuinely cares about your project. The trucks got bigger. The values didn't. Faith first, people always.

Started Small, Built on Trust

We opened our first yard on Santa Fe Drive with a handful of bulk materials and a handshake. Contractors told other contractors. Homeowners told their neighbors. Nearly four decades later, that reputation is still our most valuable asset.

Our team knows Colorado soils, climate, and conditions inside and out. We'll help you pick the right material, dial in quantities, and figure out the best way to get it to your site.

Looking Forward

We've grown from one yard to two, expanded our product line, built out a commercial sales division, and added national reach, and we're just getting started. We've invested in better delivery and logistics, and there's a lot more coming. But the core hasn't changed. Locally owned. Colorado proud. Still committed to being the best landscape supply yard on the Front Range. As Colorado grows, we grow with it.

Flo and Mike's bird dog. Best nose on the crew. Greets every customer at the gate like it's his personal responsibility, because it is.

Ollie

Office Puppy (Allegedly)

Ben's not-so-little puppy. Hasn't hit his first birthday but already outweighs most of the crew. We're going to need a bigger yard.

Mike Murray

Founder

Started DLS out of the back of a pickup in '87. Retired-ish? Still knows exactly how many yards are in every pile.

Kathy Stark

Owner

First one through the gate every morning, last one contractors call when they need it right. Jack of all trades, master of most.

Flo Murray

Homeowner Specialist

The reason first-timers leave the yard feeling like pros. Not sure what you need? Flo's sure enough for both of you.

Dan Stark

Maintenance & Grill Master

Also retired-ish. Fixes anything that breaks, grills everything that doesn't. The unofficial morale officer from May through September.

Owner

Mike's son, Kathy's nephew. If it involves money, growth, a new partnership, or a tenant call, it lands on his desk. Also built this website. Job description: permanently TBD.

Owner

10+ years in the industry before going all-in on building something of his own. Runs sales and operations like a second heartbeat.

A decade of yard management and commercial sales baked into one guy. Knows your project specs before you finish the sentence.

10 years sourcing specialty products coast to coast. Need a boulder nobody else can find? Heidi's already on the phone with the quarry.

Yard Manager (Englewood)

20+ years with Direct. If it has wheels, tracks, or a bucket, David's already run it. The yard basically moves on his say-so.

Loader Operator & Large Truck Deliveries

10 years with Direct. Flatbed, donkey, you name it, Matt's hauled it to every corner of Colorado. Parallel parks a flatbed like it's a sedan.

Delivery Driver

7 years delivering statewide. Knows every back road, steep driveway, and tight gate on the Front Range. Small truck, big reliability.

Loader Operator

Newest operator on the crew but you wouldn't know it. Picked up the loader like he was born in the cab. Also fixes things on the side, handy is an understatement.
